Note from a few weeks ago:

I just cannot do fulfillment anymore. I don’t know why.

It's not that it takes me a lot. Maybe a couple hours per day.

But those two hours are the most productive ones.

And I'm blowing my load on that every day.

I'm working IN the business instead of ON the business.

I need to hire a second assistant. Not taking anyone else until I do.

Then I scale and hit a million per year with 2 assistants.
