Being half English and half Greek, I was lucky enough to be exposed to two completely different cultures growing up.

One anecdotal thing I've noticed (of course it may not be true across the board, I don't want to generalize)

My English side of my family and friends hate talking deep and philosophically.

My Greek side of the family and friends love it.
