I remember once my mother told me that I change my mind easily. As if it was a bad thing.

"You change your mind so easily, Alex".

Well, that's a good thing. It shows a healthy, plastic brain. It shows that you are still young.

Imagine if we never changed our minds? If we believed today the same things we believed when we were 16?

That's would be so scary.

A recent change I am going through these days is embracing Epicureanism, which is very different to Stoicism.
